Over a span of 20 years, he became a prominent member of the San\u003cbr\u003eFrancisco Art community. During the early Aughts Victor began to make a painting\u003cbr\u003epractice that would become a dynamic style born of a deep passion and\u003cbr\u003eawareness of the visual world.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eToday Victor’s painting take on many forms from murals to sculptures and\u003cbr\u003eindustrial design.
