Under New Zealand Law we are legally unauthorised to sell aerosol spray paint to persons under the age of 18. By processing an order, the customer has acknowledged that they are 18 years or older. If requested, the customers are required to provide identification that they meet the age restriction.

If fraudulent activity with a credit card occurs via Railside, we are required to refund the cardholder and comply with New Zealand law as a registered business. Do not use stolen cards through Railside as we are the ones who will take a loss from your actions. If we are contacted by the Police and bank issuer about fraudulent activity, we will be required by law to provide them all the details of the transaction.
