Victor Reyes arrived in San Francisco from Los Angeles during the summer of
1997. Over a span of 20 years, he became a prominent member of the San
Francisco Art community. During the early Aughts Victor began to make a painting
practice that would become a dynamic style born of a deep passion and
awareness of the visual world.

Today Victor’s painting take on many forms from murals to sculptures and
industrial design. His work has a singular voice connecting the 20th and 21st
century together like a bridge between worlds. VIctor’s work has been commissioned by private and public collections, and is consistently featured in partnerships and activations to engage communities with public art and culture.

Victor Reyes’ current work is informed by a moving studio; inhabiting workspace
and public space in a symbiotic way, the pictures change with new motives and
meanings derived from the challenges presented by each new environment.
